Can’t really go wrong with lobster!
This is not my recipe but I’ve used it for years. Salty, sweet, crispy, chewy, buttery, chocolate goodness.
Ingredients:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Cream butter and sugar together until smooth
Add in vanilla and egg, one at a time. Mix until smooth.
Add in flour, salt and baking soda. Mix until combined
Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop batter in spoonfuls onto a baking sheet about 2 inches apart
Bake between 10 to 12 minutes.
Let the cookies sit on the sheet for 2 to 3 minutes.
Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
